Image upgrade failed

Hello,

We are running RME 3.4.1, when doing an image upgrade we are receiving the following error :

Loading image file to flash device : rep_sw_1054534997912433081 -->  flash:c1200-k9w7-tar.123-8.JEC2.tar using TFTP
Loading image file to flash device :  rep_sw_1054534997912433081 --> flash:c1200-k9w7-tar.123-8.JEC2.tar using TFTP 
Error loading image to flash.
Error Message:
SWIM1125: Failed  to copy the image to Flash due to the reason - copyFileOpenError :invalid file  name; file not found in partition.
Retry the  operation. If the problem persists, check the Bug Toolkit application for any  known issues on the running image version.

Is this another bug ?

What is the current image running on the device?  It would be helpful to see a sniffer trace filtering on all traffic between the RME server and the device while the SWIM job runs.
