WCS 4.1 - How to delete events?

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to delete all the events that get logged on WCS? There is no check box or select a command drop down list.

I have 10K+ events which I presume are being backed up every time.

I can delete alarms but not events.

Any clues?

Thanks

Alerts are kept until they are cleared and by default remain for 7 days before being purged from the database. WCS keeps the last 40,000 events in the system and clears them after 7 days. Events lead to alerts and events get cleared up after 7 days automaticly.

Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

ah ok, yeah that's fine - i did'nt actually check the dates on them, so I probably could have worked out that they are purged automatically.

thanks
