Urgent Help - Cisco Messaging Interface and License Manager Can't start

Dear Everyone,

Need Urgent help.

I just bought 2 new MCS 7825H4 budle with CUCM7.1.    Uploaded feature license and DLU license file without any problem.

However, phone can't register to call manager due to license manager service not running.  Use RTMT to check, ccm report messaging interface and license manager not running.

Can anyone help.

The messaging interface is not really used for anything unless you have a 3rd party voicemail.

As for the licensing manager, are you sure the license you are using is correct?   You may want to reboot the server and check it again.

Do you have a screen shot of the licensing screen?
