Cisco View

I just upgraded from LMS 3.1 to LMS 3.2 on a windows 2003 Server and now Cisco View doesn't work from the Cisco View Module. Receiving error IP address not found could be a problem with DNS. However when I launch Cisco View from Device Center it works fine. I have checked DNS and all is working fine.  Any suggestion would help.
