Solved: How do you add a device to a user in CUPS?

CUCM 7.1.3

I am trying to configured deskphone control for CUPC and can't figure out how to associate a device with a CUPS user. When I imported two users from a remote site via AXL I could see device associations with their 7960s deskphones (attached image). But no other users have this. Is there a way to add these manually?

CUPS picks this up from the End User Device Association. You need to add the devices through UCM Administration.

DN 5353 is associated with my 7945 deskphone (SEP002584A1A96C) and my CIPC and CUPC clients (see DN_associated_devices attached). I have allow control of device from CTI checked. And my user account is associated with the line as well (see User_association).

But I am still not seeing the devices show up in my user account in CUPS. Am I missing something?
