Performance Routing option not available in Configuration Professional v2

I'm getting a Cisco 2901 router set up and attempting load balancing/link aggregation and/or fail-over for my dual WAN connections. Being new to Cisco's IOS software, I would prefer to do my configuration using the Configuration Professionsal GUI.  As I understand, the Performance Routing option will help me set this up but I don't have that option available in Configuration Professional; any ideas? I downloaded the most recent version of CP (version 2) I believe; I've reviewed over the often referenced article on this feature at: Cisco Performance Routing and reviewed the Cisco Feature Navigator available at http://www.cisco.com/go/cfn for my IOS release; the feature I'm looking for is documented in a flash presentation at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_configuration_professional/scrcst/PfR/CCPPFR.swf (screenshot below):
