524G SPCP Reject

Hi, I am installing a Cisco Phonne 524G in the UC500. And this messages are showed:

"spcp register token Rejected"
"error: cannot find UC500 Contact your adminitrator"

What happens?

I have anothers Cisco 524G phones registered in the UC500, and works fine.

I reset the phone to factory default.

Can you provide a show run, show ver, and debug ephone register for this phone?

Could you assign the 524 to an ephone below 14.  It looks like you have several ephones configured, and I assume less than 14 are registering.

Indeed there are only ten phone set. I configured the phone with the id of five (ephone 5), and the same message is displayed in the phone.

Can you provide a debug ephone register for this phone?

Also, can you do a show ephone register?
