I have a user who does not want his ext number to be displayed to those he is calling. Can this be done

Configure a translation pattern and configure the CLID to restricted.

Just put ########## (ten pound signs) in place of the external CLID on the directory number of the individual's phone. That will block just his or her's CLID only.
