SLM224P POE not working

Just received a new SLM224P switch to run some SPA942 phones using POE. The switch does not appear to be detecting the POE device. I am using the designated POE ports and have confirmed that POE is enable on all the capable ports - but nothing. I have reloaded defaults and even uploaded the latest firmware and still nothing. I have also tested with a Cisco AP1131AG access point which I know to be working with POE.

Am I missing something? How do I get it replaced?

Adam,

For this issue I would go ahead and give a call to the SBSC. Just find the correct number for your locale and give it a call to open up a service request with them since the ports do not appear to be working. If they determine that the device is defective they can tell you how to go about doing an RMA.
