Hi All,
I have a problem with Router 1841 on software version 12.4(13r) T, After reboot system I cannot access to CLI.
The attached file is capture screen during turn on my device.

Sounds like an IOS bug. Have you considered upgrading from 12.3(8)YG4 to the 12.4 version IOS?

No, I don't have upgrade software , just "reload" command then found problem.

Try removing the modules you may have and reload the router to see if the router crashes again. If not, then I recommend that you upgrade your IOS.

The original poser describes the attached file as a screen capture during the problem. But what I get in the attached file is not a screen shot but is part of a crashinfo file, which is not at all helpful in finding problems with the prompt. A screen caprue would be much more helpful.
Without a screen capture and with the minimal description in the orininal post I have difficulty determining whether the problem might be:
- problems in accessing the user mode prompt.
- can access user mode but has problems in accessing enable mode.
-can access enable mode but has problems in accessing config mode.
- could it be something else?
some clarification from the original poster would be helpful.

Right Now, after upgrade to new software the problem has been resolve.
