We want to install CCM Cluster and to integrate it with IPCCX.
We want the following : When a csutomer call (Incoming PSTN Call), the customer MOH when it's ringing at the operator Phone. This is easy with IPCCX and Consultative transfer. We could do this.
The issue is that we have another distant site (SRTS with 2811) that contains another operator. We would like to have the following: When a customer calls the distant site (incoming PSTN to the distant site) the customer hears MOH when it's ringing at the operator phone BUT I would like the customer to hear a MOH that is in the Router's flash and not the MOH file of IPCCX. (So that not to loose bandwith between the head office and the distant site).

Is this possible please ? if yes do you have any doc guide that helps us to configure ccm nd ipccx and the gw?
