Can anyone tell me if Message Monitor is supported in Unity (version 7.1.3.10000-68)?

Message Monitor is not available on any Unity Connection

Is this supported yet? My users are complaining about losing this feature when we "Upgraded" from Unity 7 to CUC 8.6.
