Hi All,
there are UC520 and IAD devices. in IAD, fa interface has "duplex full" and in UC520, fa interface has "duplex auto". when I do "show interface fa 0/0" in UC520, I see "duplex half" and I am receiving lots of collision errors.
any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Hello Alex,
Both sides of a link should have auto-negotiation on, or both sides should have it off.

You have a duplex mismatch.

Based on that you have a duplex mismatch.
