Im get

ting this failure message when i run the end of life report on RME.

Report Name :EoS/EoL Hardware Report
Created at :Jan 05 2010 10:37:30 WST
Reason for Failure :Unable to get data from Check connectivity. Try again later

There was a discussion in Dec 2009 and the feedback from Cisco was the components are being serviced.;jsessionid=07A54970D877C4A7F9F53148753FB620.node0

How to resolve this problem?

Is there any update as to when this functionality will be available? Today is March 22nd. In the earlier stream it was indicated that the issue would be fixed in January 2010. I am sure I am not the only other person who would like to see this function work correctly, especially as it helps us sell Cisco kit when installed devices  reach end of sales and then end of software support.

Is this still a known issue I just loaded a new server and have all the patches and I am getting the same error.  Local works but who wants to get this file all the time.

The problem described in this thread is known to be resolved with the patches.  Start a new thread for your issue.
