Cisco Integration with Nortel SRG 50

Hi,

One of my customer is looking to deploy Call Manager solution. They are using Nortel CS 1000M, SRG 50 Gateway and Nortel IP phones. I am looking for a solution to  use existing Nortel phones, switches and SRG 50 gateway with Cisco Call Manager, Is it doable?

No.

Only use Cisco phones and switches with Cisco Call Manager.

Can I use those Nortel equipment at branch location using H.323 gateway protocol.

You could setup H.323 between PBX and CM.

Recommend you engange a certified dealer or reputable consultant, as it is not a task for the inexperienced.
