SPA9000 / SPA400 call´s stay in AA for hours

Hi there;

I have the spa9000 and the spa400, but i have a problem with incoming call´s, when the caller hang up the call stay in AA for hours.

i need to delete the call from the SAP9000 web server to release the line.

so any help please?

Dear Sir;

This looks like a localization issue, as the disconnect tone is not recognized by the parties. Are you using the setup wizard to localize the system? Where is the installation happening (country)?

I have the same problem with SPA9000 and SPA400 which is turning into a big issue because the lines remain busy all the time. I am located in South America (Bolivia). If you can give some thoughts to overcome this issue would be really great.

You need the PSTN disconnect tone settings for the SPA400, so that it is able to detect disconnect situation and release the call. Check on this community (search for SPA400 PSTN disconnect) to know what settings to influence.
