Centralized Call Processing and Call Recording on Wireless Phones

We are looking to do some call recording. We have Cisco CM version 6.1 we have testing in progress recording 7942 and 7962 series phones in the main location and one remote site. We are considering deploying call recording for the other remote sites, but the other sites depend heavly on the 7921 and the 7925 wireless phones. Has anyone had any success in recording conversations on the 7921's?  Keep in mind that we are centralized call processing with all the callmanagers at the head end. MPLS is the connection from the remote sites to the main site.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

We also have the project to implement active recording with CUCM 6.1.4 (centralized recorder, unicast streams betweem phones and recorder). The customer is using 7942, 7962 and 7921G. The active recording is using the built-in-bridge into the phones to duplicate RTP streams from recorded phone to the recorder server.

I don't find official cisco documentation about the support of this capacity into 7921G, but it seems this coulb be possible because there is this BIB parameter into 7921 phone profile.

Did anybody success to record 7921G WLAN phones using an active recording solution?

Thanks to share your experience.

Best regards,

Yorick
