I've asked our Cisco Account Manager for ANY hospital references that are using UCCE and I have not heard peep back from him. Is there anyone in the Cisco Healthcare vertical that I can help me find references so I can build support amongst our executives to spend a lot of money to migrate to UCCE?
It would be a significant benefit to my argument to migrate to UCCE if I could identify half a dozen medium to large sized hospital systems that are running UCCE successfully.
We are an enterprise hospital system with 20 locations and 5,000 users. We've had Cisco Call Manager, Unity and IPCC Express for approximately 5 years.
I'm attempting to build support to justify migrating to UCCE based on the need for:
1. db dips for agent screen pops
2. predictive dialing
3. post-call surveys
4. remote call centers
5. supervisor call recording
6. automated appointment reminder calls
