One of my customer's is a day care center. They have basic 4 line KSU-less phones now, but they are looking to upgrade.
One of the features they are requesting is for system to be able to call a list of external numbers and have them listen to a recorded message. Example: Day care is closing because of flooding, please pick up your children by 12pm today. Is this possible with UC 540. If so, what is required for it to work?
Thanks

My previous post doesn't really apply, i just realized. The AA in the UC 500 will be useful if you are calling INTO the system. For automatic outcalls we do not have a native way of doing it. One of our application partners, Singlewire, does offer this functionality. IPcelerate (another 3rd party vendor) also offers something similar.

Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks,

The built in AA scripts would be useful in this scenario. Check out Lab 8 of the Technical Enablement material for instructions on how to configure it:

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks. I will check on third party apps.
