Anyone ever see where CER is not seeing phone info on switches, or
from CUCM for IP Subnet based ERLs?
Everything is set up correctly and SNMP is working. CER see's the
ports on the switches but not getting any information from them other
then the port. SNMP debugs on the switches show snmp request coming in
and SNMP info going back to CER server. We have a mix of older and
newer switches and the switch discovery is not working on any of them,
including new 3750s with current IOS version.
There is only one phone being discovered through IP Subnet info, which
is a SIP Wireless phone. No physical CIsco IP Phones coming back from
Call Manager other then that one.
The CER version is 2.0.3 and CUCM version is 22.214.171.1240-3
