NME-16ES-1G-P module on a 2811

Hello,

I have a NME module which had phones plugged into it. I have an IP address 192.168.0.1 on fa0/0 of the router which is the default gateway for Data. I need to create a vlan for phones on the switch and then be able to plug PC;s into the phone. How do I accomplish so that Pcs plugged into the phones can get to 192.168.0.1 which will be its DG? What IP address will I assign to Vlan 1 on the switch?
