HUM Email Reply address

Hi

We have changed our maila relay address, I have changed Ciscoworks default but HUM is failing to email reports.

I can find no option to update the address used by HUM, is this held in a configuration file ?

I am recieving emails for other functions.

HUM uses the default SMTP server configured under Common Services > Server > Admin > System Preferences. Perhaps the new server has a stricter size limit on attachments? You might try sniffing tcp/25 traffic between the HUM server and any host to see a.) if HUM is using the correct SMTP server, and b.) if the SMTP server is rejecting HUM's messages.

Some how the setting had gone to Localhost !

If you cannot change this setting, you may have a problem with your NMSROOT/MDC/etc/regdaemon.xml file. Post this file, and I can correct it.
