Enable CUCM to display name of external call

Hi

In CUCM v7, is it possible to display the name of external caller, using the some sort of database look from active directory or SQL database?

Are you using H.323 or MGCP, and if the latter, are you willing to switch to the first ?

Currently, system uses H323. But how will MGCP help. The exact query was, Suppose th Corporate AD has all the employee names setup with the contact details, can this be integrated with the CUCM so that, when these employee call from outside (using cell / PSTN lines), their name gets displayed on the IP Phone, which is looked-up in the corporate AD.
