Which UCC Software are you after, CRM CallConnector or CallConnector for MS WIndows?

Easy way to find the right, go to www.cisco.com/go/unifiedcallconnector

Choose the right CallConnector, then click on the right side window, download software which should take you to the right place.

You have to have a Cisco support contract, any support contract, assigned to your Cisco.com user id to reach some software downloads.
