I'm trying to playout Estimated Queue Time back to caller in IPCCE / CVP environment.
Here are the steps, that I followed;
- Created VRU script using PD microapplication (PD,Etime,0) with configuration parameters 1,,MM
- Set Peripheral Call Variable 1 in ICM script with Estimated Time Value and divided it by 60 to convert the value into Minutes
- Run external script
Haven't got it working.
Any suggestions on getting it fixed.
