CUCM 6.x - Cannot switch between Calls by pressing Line Button

My customer runs CUCM, and the problem occurs on a 7941 running SCCP41-8-3-2S.

I have set up two Line buttons. Both Lines work as expected, except in one situation:

If I have an active call on one line, and another call comes in on the other, I can not answer it by pressing it's line button. Pressing it has no effect at all.

(Regular behaviour would be to answer the second call and putting the first one on hold).

Any Input is appreciated.
