Hello,

I am encountering a Fax CRC issue with the following H323 config in the Luxembourg:

Cisco 2851:

  • Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-IPVOICEK9-M), Version 12.4(20)T2
  • 2 Channelized/Clear E1/PRI ports
  • 4 Voice FXS interfaces

The port 0/2/0 of the FXS is configured to be connect to a Fax Machine. Outgoing faxes are ok, but for incoming faxes, the CRC for sending complete is never sent to the remote fax even if all pages are correctly received. Pkase find a trace:

Hi,

some fax machines really don't like the bearer cap speech. Enter "default bearer-capability" or set it to audio.

This usually works.

Andre

Configure:

network-clock-participate wic 0

network-clock-select 1 E1 0/0/0

network-clock-select 2 E1 0/0/1

And let us know.

Thx for your help,

The following was already configured:

network-clock-participate wic 0
network-clock-select 1 E1 0/0/0
network-clock-select 2 E1 0/0/1

I haven't copy all the config.

Sorry,

JPB
