Hello, I have a wierd issue where I have a client using a plantronics wireless headset with an apc-4 adapter going into a 7962 phone. When a call comes in to her, she can hit the plantronics button and it picks up the call. When the caller hangs up, the line continues to stay open on the phone. If the client hits the plantronics button again, it does not hang up the line. The only way she can close the line is by hitting end call soft key on the 7962. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using UC500 but hate CCA so I go CME gui or CLI on everything. The lines are 4 pots from local cable company. I dont think it is a line signaling issue b/c when I call non headset users and hang up on them, the line closes.
