Inbound Dial-peer help

I have the below config setup on a H.323 router. I am trying to get the 303-555-5338 number to ring to a different target at 10.255.201.11. However, it never matches that dial peer. It always hits dial-peer 900. I thought the DP with the longest explicit match would be triggered. Thanks,

dial-peer voice 100 pots

dial-peer voice 900 voip

voice-class h323 1
session target ipv4:10.255.203.12

Thanks.

I added the the missing pieces but it still is not triggering. This is a production router so I can't shut the dial-peer during the day.

Dial-peer config looks good...  I would confirm that the device on the far-end is working and is configured to accept H.323 calls from this router.
