I have a customer who stating that when someone dials his extension from there Unity AA it's showing only the VM port number on his phone. I haven't been able to verify that because I'm not on site, but I explained to the customer that when your call is connected it should pass the ANI info, he claims it's not. I was wondering if there was something I missed when setting this up. I've never had a customer come back and state this issue before. Is there something I can check so I can avoid a trip back to the customer site?
