Dialing from Unity Conn AA user getting VM port number

I have a customer who stating that when someone dials his extension from there Unity AA it's showing only the VM port number on his phone.  I haven't been able to verify that because I'm not on site, but I explained to the customer that when your call is connected it should pass the ANI info, he claims it's not.  I was wondering if there was something I missed when setting this up.  I've never had a customer come back and state this issue before.  Is there something I can check so I can avoid a trip back to the customer site?

There is a CUCM service parameter to pass the ANI, you do not mention any versions so you can look for it.

Can't recall the exact name, go to the CUCM service parameters and search "Unity". It's something like send original ANI from Unity or something like that.
