CDR ISSUE - 30023: Data is not available for the date range selected

I have a problem with CDR reports we generate for billing.

It seems as the Call Manager stopped processing the CAR information.

I checked via the CLI, all up to date CDR information are available on the cm/cdr_repository/car directory, BUT NOT on cm/cdr_repository/processed directory.

Is there any way to start processing the car information so that I can see them via the CDR GUI?

Or is there any workaround for this? I’m suspecting bug with CCM. CCM version is 5.0.1

I tried the follwoing doesnt seem to help.


Disable the "CDR Enabled Flag"

Restart the "Cisco CDR Agent"

Restart the "Cisco CDR Repository Manager"

Restart the "Cisco Database Layer Monitor"

Enable again the "CDR Enabled Flag"


Any Help will be much appreciated.

Hi Mohammed,

Please try the solution mentioned in the follwoing document.

This error can occur when the Disable CDR loader check       box is checked in CAR. Choose System >       Scheduler > CDR Load and uncheck the       Disable Loader check box in order to resolve the issue.
