I want to a have a call handler roll to another call handler but I want to add some trailing time to the first call handler before that happens. Is there anyway to add additional time or will it effect all greeting system wide? Thanks
I would create a call handler with a greeting that was just a few seconds of silence. Turn off your microphone and record it from your PC for the desired length. After it plays the greeting immediately forward it to the second call handler.
