Hi Rechard,

You can find a few sample configurations as well as the best practices in the SRND and also have a look at the CME configuration guides for more information.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/srnd/design/guide/cmesrnd.html

As mentioned above, if you are the end user it is strongly advised to speak with a Cisco partner who can assist you with the design and implementation. You can use the Partner Locator tool to find a partner in your area.

Hi Rechard,

How many phones do you need to support? If you have a small setup, the 2811 supports up to 35 phones using Communications Manager Express. You'll need purchase the CME software, CME license, DSP's, IP phones and phone licenses. Have a look at the SRND below for the best practices and deployment scenarios.

Also, if you have access to partner central you can have a look through the CME ordering guide to find out what you need.

Are you the end user ? I recommend you engage a certified cisco partner, or reputable professional, otherwise it will take a lot of time and potential frustration for you to reach o prefessional result.
