CUCM 7.1.3 Hunt group CLID problem

Hi there,

I am having a minor problem with the way that hunt groups handle caller id. I have two hunt pilots, each with a single hunt list. The first hunt list is set to "longest idle", and if not answered will forward to the second hunt pilot whose list is set to "broadcast".

The social dynamics of the call center is that if someone (chosen by longest idle) doesn't answer their phone, its indicated by the broadcast and everyone can see who isn't doing their job :-). Sounds harsh, but its done in good spirits. My problem is that since upgrading from 4.3 to 7.1, the broadcast group sees the call as orignating from the initial hunt pilot DN and not the phone from the first group that did not answer. Is there a way to change this?
