The prerequisites for CCSP are:

CCNA Security OR CCNA + SND (up to Nov. 2011) OR any CCIE Certification can act as a pre-requisite.

I'm assuming you are not going down the CCIE track and you can't take SND anymore I believe so that means you need to complete the CCNA Security exam before taking CCSP. After that I would take SNRS.

Good luck!

as you have mentioned if i take SND before NOV , i would be fine or not ?

you know for sure SP is your track? the decision is step 1

if it is your path you should do your CCNA+security as it is required for the SP

I would wait few days to see the details of the new NP, I didn't read about any planned changed but since it should be announced this month I would wait just to make sure nothing is changing on the SP track

good luck
