FTP files using the WVC2300 Network Camera

I have a need to take snapshot every 10 minutes which I finally got working.  However I need the file named webcam.jpg.  Currently when I FTP the file to my hosting site it becomes timestamped.  For example webcam-01112010-235923001.jpg.  I really need a static file name that will overwrite the old one with the currect one.  Can anyone help me?
