I recently installed CUCM-BE 7.1.3 and have found that after adding phones that I cannot export phones with Specific details. I can look at the Job request listing as "complete, but the Job Results information is blank below the header.
If I export All Details I can pull down the file, but is basically useless due to there are to many fields for Excel to load properly.
I have exported the same specific details with CUCM 6.1.2 and worked fine. The problem has occured with 7.1.3-20000 and 7.1.3-31900, so far.
Anyone else experience this issue? If so are you using a customer phone information or one of the generics?

Hi John,
It sounds like you may be hitting this bug;
CSCtb95233 Bug Details | Bug #29 of 96 | < Previous | Next > |
---|
Bulk Administration Phone Export | |
Symptom: When attempting to use Bulk Administration->Phones->Export Phones->Specific Details after selecting your phones to export if you choose a custom custom made file format and not one of the Cisco defaults and run the job, in the job status screen it will immediately say "complete" but the job never ran and no file is exported. Conditions: Exporting phones with specific details via BAT using a custom file format. It is caused by the "Owner User ID" column in the file format chosen. Workaround: use a file format without "Owner User ID" column in the file format chosen | Status Fixed Severity 3 - moderate Last Modified In Last month Product Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) Technology 1st Found-In 7.1(2.39111.4) Fixed-In 7.1(4.98000.44) 7.1(3.21008.1) |
Hope this helps!
