Voice monitoring on CSD (supervisor desktop) not working

I have one confusion.. do i need to configure the second nic of ipccx as a span port..and the ip phones and pc connected to these ip phones should be spanned to that switch  port connected to the second nic of ipccx..

secondly Cisco supervisor desktop is not showing me the CSQ tree for voice as well as its real time display data.. event though every thing is checked in veiw > preferences..
