Hello everybody,

I am adding several voice gateways to our cluster as sip trunks (from and to the vg from ucm) and I have noticed that all my 2800 series ISR's (sip turnks) doesnt appear as available devices when creating or building a new route group, although my 3845 sip trunk is the only one that it does appear as an available device and can be added to a route group? can anyone clarify this? why does my cisco isr 3845 (sip trunk) appaears as an available device in the route group and not my 2800 series (sip trunks) thanks

If SIP trunk is a assigned to route pattern then you can not use it for route group. Make sure SIP trunk is not used and you will be able to add to RG.
