spa962 line monitoring blf problem

hi,

I cannot configure properly a spa962 to make it monitor another phone's extension; the syntax that I've used in the phone tab > line key X > extended function is:

fnc=blf;sub=stationname@$PROXY;ext=number@$PROXY (of course I put a real number for the extension)

the led of the button key (configured as 'disabled' and 'private') is amber and does not monitor the extension.

Dear Sir:

Two additional basic questions/recommendations:

(1) on the sub, you need to add the station name of the other party, this is key for it to work properly

(2) Make sure you have a recent firmware.

(3) Make sure that CTI enabled is configured in the two phones and the SPA9000.

I followed all the indication, but the result is the same (amber led colour).
