ooking to implement the Phone view feature in all our regional offices
and need an official Cisco step-by-step configuration document, that would include a short explanation for softkeys that appear when someone is leaving a voice mail on the phone (monitor, ask, answer etc.). We could not locate any documents on CCO.
Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Really??? i just looked "Unity phone view" in CCO and got plenty of hits on config for boh CUC and Unity
