how to switch between TELNET and SSH in device center

Is it possible to get device center to use Telent:// or SSH:// as appropriate? If so is there a way to set all 3560s as SSH and all 2950s as telnet?

No, Device Center is hardcoded to specify telnet://. The reason for this was an historic lack of "ssh://" support in browsers.
