Can i configure etherchannel and group each respective port on different switches as an etherchannel group ?
Example : 2 C2960 switch separately connected to a C3750

Do you mean configure the etherchannel as access port with no vlan tag?
Yes, you can do the following on the etherchannel (PO)
switchport mode access
switchport access vlan xyz

only this command "switchport mode access"
without this command "switchport access vlan xyz"
something like trunk mode

Then the untagged vlan will be vlan 1 and this is the default.
