Cisco IP phone SPA504G

Hi

I have a problem in BLF in SPA 504G , i checked all the configuration as this link https://www.myciscocommunity.com/thread/8186?tstart=0 , but it didn't help .

the IP phone software version is 7.4.3

please advise.

but is still not working ,
