Are you speaking for customs approval to ship it into a different country, or a customer approval that they will not purchase the product if it is not certified?

The product is WiFi compliant, but has not went through the testing by the WiFi Alliance.  This shouldn't be a hold up in getting the box through customs.  WiFi cert is merely a certification that is common in marketing a product with compatibility, but not for any regulatory agency.

There is not a certificate as it has not under gone the testing by the WiFi alliance.

The max transmit power is 51.114mW.
