Hi there,
Just wondering if the following situation is a known bug, or I am doing something wrong.
I close down Outlook.
I download and install ViewMail
I start outlook and everything works ok
I create an IMAP account on outlook pointing to Unity Connection. (Can receive and send voice mail fine)
The issue I have is that when I double click on an email in the IMAP account to open it up and listen to the voice mail the widget that has the play, stop, etc do not appear.
The work around to the above is to find where the Outlook has save the .pst file for the IMAP account, delete it and start Outlook again.
Unity Connection 7.0.1
ViewMain 7.1(3), ViewMain 7.1(2) and also tried ViewMain 7.1(1)
Outlook 2003 and 2007.
Anyone have any suggestion?
Thanks
Alexis

Hi John!
Sounds like you're hitting http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtc85786
You're on a considerably old/buggy version of UC, I would highly recommend getting up to the latest 7.1(3).
Hope that helps,
Brad

Hi Brad,
Read the description of the bug and it dose seem to match up!
Unity Connection is on verstion 7.0 so an upgrade could fix it.
Would you know where the VMO diagnostic logs can be found? I can have a look at them to see if the error message "Extension, OpenFileMapping() failed ==> Call CreateFileMapping()" is there
Cheers
Alexis
