This is probably a basic question but what's the best way to configure regions for softphones CUPC and CIPC in my case? I would like to configure softphones to use iLBC since my users will be using them from home. I've created a separate device pool and configured separate regions. For example:
Boston_DP w/ region Boston
Boston_Softphones_DP w/ region Softphones
Then I specify inter-region codecs accordingly. I would like to avoid configuring separate DPs and regions. Is there a way to accomplish this and use iLBC when users are at home?

Yes, use device mobility and create mobility info group that matches the VPN
subnet(s) and assigns DP that uses the desired region.

Chris,
Thanks, that will do the trick. Is there a way to configure different time zones for VPN clients if they are all on the same subnet?
