Unity 4.2 Maximum Capacity

Hello there,

On the following enviroment:

Unity 4.2 on 2 servers: MCS-7845-I2-ECS1

Off-Box Message Store on 1 server: MCS-7845-I2-ECS1

Operating System: Windows 2003

Exchange version: Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2

What is the maximum capacity of voicemail users for our solution (based on hardware and software)?

What is the maximum Licensing capacity of the servers?

Looks like 7500 Subscribers.

All depends on a number of items though.

Assuming your second server is the failover server correct?

Thank you for your answer,

We do have a secondary unity for failover.

For some reason I though we could only have 2500 users only....

Does that makes sense?

There is a third server with Message Store

Looks like you are good at 15k with the 7845 and offbox exchange.

If you had Exchange onbox, it drops. (see the link i sent)
