dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern 214638....
direct-inward-dial
port 1/0:0
!
dial-peer voice 2 pots
destination-pattern 214630....
direct-inward-dial
port 1/0:0
!

Is the existing config.  Well actually there are a couple more dial peers but with specific #'s on them, dial-peer voice 3 and 4 pots

The isue is they want to call a 214638xxxx Number that isn't on their PBX, so when they try to call it, it makes the dial-peer voice 1 pots

Where in the config would I put that specific number to have it work?  I was thinking

dial-peer voice 11 voip

destination-pattern 214638XXXX

Is that correct?  Would I need to delete all dial-peers and re-add them with 11 in the correct order?

Thanks,

Tim

Correct, simply add a dial peer with closer match and it will be used.

HTH,

I was unable to setup a proper test enviroment - based on the customer's setup vs my equipment.

However - at the end of the day we tested the new dial-plan and it worked.

Thank you,

Tim
