How do you go about resetting the admin password?

Would you please describe the process of resetting the admin password on a blocker box, assuming it has been either forgotten or mis-typed during a password change?

If you log into the GUI go to System Administration --> Users. Slect the admin account and you can change it there.

Thanks for the feedback, but it is the admin password that has been lost, so no access to the administrative section(s) are possible.

How about if my country not listed in the Cisco Small Business and Cisco Small Business Pro Support Contacts?
